Crash Detection & Resolution – Diagnose the root cause of crashes and other technical issues.
App Maintenance & Improvement – Analyse aggregate crash trends to guide future updates and enhance overall user experience.
Security & Abuse Prevention – Detect abnormal behaviour that could indicate misuse or security threats.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

5. Legal Basis (EU / UK GDPR)

We process crash data under legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f))—specifically, our interest in maintaining and improving the security and stability of the App. Users can object to this processing at any time (see Section 10).

6. Security Measures

All crash reports are encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS).
Access to Bugly dashboards is restricted by role-based authentication.
We routinely review logs and apply least-privilege principles.

7. Data Retention

Request deletion (erasure) of your crash data.
Object to or restrict processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
